Harry Potter.
Harry Potter.....a young baby, defeated the most dangerous wizard of all time by love......a gift given from his very own mother, who was killed by a terrible wizard. Lord Voldemort.
Albus Dumbledore, the past and current headmaster of Hogwarts, and also very close to Lily and James Potter, left baby Harry with his striving-to-be-normal Aunt, Uncle, and cousin. He grew up all of his life mostly given hand-me-downs from Dudley, his cousin, and receiving no direct love what so ever. His birthdays were never recognized so turning 11 never seemed a big deal to Harry.......that is he didn't know one thing that would change his life.
He found out he was a wizard and he received an acceptance letter from Hogwarts saying he could now attend and be away from the dreadful Dursleys. Harry attended his first year, becoming the Gryffindor seeker, meeting his best friends for life, and most of all learning most of his untold past. During this first year he, Ron, and Hermione discovered information about the Sorcerer's Stone and retrieved it from being in the hands of Lord Voldemort.
His second year however he faced a mystery about a chamber being opened in the castle called the Chamber of secrets. He then discovered he was a parsletongue which meant he could talk to snakes and he discovered what lied within the chamber. He returned back to the Dursleys and there was a report about an escaped convict running loose somewhere in the world. This man was Sirius Black. Harry found out in his third year that Sirius was his godfather and he also received a mass amount of parchment called 'The Marauder's Map'. This also helped him around with other things as well.
This comes to Harry's fourth year. He has gone to spend a while with Ron and his family for the Quidditch World Cup. They attend of course and after the game, there was an attack on the camp site where everyone resided for the event. This pack of men that attacked were called Death Eaters and they were the close followers of The Dark Lord. This caused havoc but the kids still got to return to Hogwarts as usual. But there of course always had to be something unusual that happened to the trio. The Triwizard Tournament.
This tournament was designed by the Ministry of Magic and is supposed to test the wits of 3 (hopefully) intelligent champions. Three different schools compete with a champion from each one. This champion would compete in life threatening tasks and would fight for the Triwizard Cup and would be written down in history. Will you be one of these champions? Would you risk your life just to go down in history? Only you know.[/size][/shadow]
