BYNES' ESTATE
it's a very large mansion-type home. the interior and exterior are completely white, with a large front hall that takes up a majority of the lower level of the home. there are hardwood floors and there is a balcony from the second level looking down on the front hall. there is a curving staircase that connects the first and second story, with a white railing that follows up the side of the stairs and along the edge of the indoor balcony. the kitchen is mostly white, also, with granite counters and an island counter in the center. there is a den, living room, a study, six bathrooms, five bedrooms. there is a batroom for each bedroom and two on the lower level. the master bedroom, which is rhyleigh's room, is large and completely white. white carpet, white walls, etc. there's a walk in closet and the master bathroom coming off of it.

SOMMER MANOR
Beautiful home to Veronica Sommer and her housekeeper, Dorinda. It is a large, white mansion on a large property. A pool, hottub and lovely garden occupies the back. While a long driveway and three car garage occupies the front. A quite popular place for house parties.

SERENDIPITY MANOR
This luxuriously, well furnished, and completely restored gothic style manor is both beautiful, and breath taking. Located on a hill just above the ocean, Serendipity manor was named for the very definition of what it was. Having grown up in a small, and cramped apartment with her aunt, and cousin, Brennan Wallace had always wished upon a shining star, and dreamed big, but she never thought big would equal serendipity manor, a manor she'd dreamed up as a child and purchased with her first millions. While her aunt and cousin still live in that memorable, tiny and cramped apartment, Serendipity manor serves them well as their home away from home during the holidays and those special vacations they tae away from New Mexico.

RIVERA MANOR
a beautiful white mansion in which the rivera family live in. while the boys have moved out, they still come home to mommy, daddy and the only child living in the home, delaney. it is a gated home with a long driveway. the front has lush green lawn with a few of mrs. rivera's rosebushes. stepping inside the home, it is a six bedroom, five bathroom home. included in the basement is the boys' bedrooms and a large game room. the rest of the rooms are on the upper levels of the home. mr. rivera has added his own touches to the home including a personal movie theater, indoor pool and hot tub and balconies for all the upper bedrooms. while in the back there is mrs. rivera's rose bushes and a large outdoor pool.

THE FIELDS ESTATE
the trenton estate is a beautiful, seven bedroom, seven and a half bathroom home in the heart of beverly hills. you may often see mrs. trenton in their large, welcoming kitchen if she isn't working, or you may happen to catch a glimpse of mr. trenton relaxing in the spacious living room, watching some sports on their hi-def television. a spiral staircase leads directly upstairs where spencer's and her parents' bedrooms are located, along with the guestrooms. their basement was converted into a gameroom with everything from a pool table to a foosball table. their property also includes a large outdoor pool with a diving board and a hot tub nearby.
