grumpy and hung over, emma laid face down in the mess of her bed and tried to keep her room from spinning. the reckless eighteen year old had spent yet another night out on the town, shamelessly bar hoping and letting everyone know her id was fake, knowing she would be let in no matter what and be served no matter what. she was an idiot with fame and let it all go to her head. sure life was all fun and games for emma now, not really a care in the world, but soon it was going to go all downhill and she knew it, especially if she continued to be the diva she was now, but she was having fun and that was all she cared about. the future could wait; right now emma was young, single and famous, so obviously she was going to go enjoy herself.
finally getting up and pushing her brown highlights curls from her face, she slowly sat up in bed, pulling the white camisole shirt she slept in up and tugged lightly on her pale green pajama pants. she was surprised to even have changed into her pajamas since usually a night like last involved her passing out somewhere. but it didn’t matter; she was awake, in her room wearing her pajamas so it was all good. sighing she looked around her room before getting up, pressing the palm of her hand against her temple, her head was pounding and she needed some coffee, badly. she walked sleepily over to her closet pulling out a faded pair of grey jeans and a old ratty purple t shirt. throwing them on without even looking in a mirror, emma headed downstairs tying her long messy hair back into a ponytail as she made her way carefully down the stairs.
she was out of coffee, which sucked big time. the second emma opened the bright white cupboard door above the coffee machine and saw they were out of it, she groaned lightly, banging her head against the cupboard drawer. she loved her brother and her mom, and she loved living with them, but she hated when they didn’t make sure there was enough food in the house. they had done this countless times, never putting a new bag of milk back into the milk container when they had used it all up, or letting anyone know when they had finished all the cereal. her mom acted like a sixteen year old half the time, and yeah it was fun, but it was also seriously annoying.
grabbing her favorite black sunglasses that covered most of her face and the keys to her mom’s mercedes, emma headed out her house, straight for the grocery store. she needed to stock up on fruit loops and coffee, the only cure for a hangover. blasting the air conditioning in the car and turning the radio off, emma sped to the nearest grocery store, laurel’s grocery store. it was perfect not only because it was close, but because it was low key and the chances of her getting attacked by paparazzi were small. parking badly in the handicap space, emma quickly headed into the store right for the cereal lane. she just needed to be in and out that was all.
her pink rubber flip flops made loud noises as she walked, each step she took the pink rubber would smack against the polished off white floor, frowning as the noise did nothing to help her headache, emma quickly found the cereal ile and headed towards the fruit loops. a giant red box that had jumbo sized caught her eye, she grabbed it, standing on her tippy toes to reach it. once she small had had grasped the side of the box, she lowered herself from her toes to her heels, accidently hitting a a little pyramid of frosted flakes, ten boxes came crashing down beside emma as she quickly side stepped the mess and turned to head down the next aisle for the coffee, she just wasn’t having a good day, and the fact that she had almost ran into someone who happened to be at the end of the aisle didn’t help much.
“sorry.” she mumbled without looking at who it was as she stopped herself from walking into them.

GO AHEAD AND BUY YOURSELF A DRINK *; Cause you know you're deserving of it GO AHEAD AND CRY YOURSELF TO SLEEP rayne always said that she had a trigger in her mind on her days off. every time she had to work, she always wanted to sleep in, and sometimes was late for work because she pressed the snooze button on her alarm clock one too man times. but on her days off, like today for example, nothing was stopping her from waking up extremely early. she wouldn't mind waking up at one in the afternoon a few times, especially with the schedule that the petite brunette had; get up at five in the morning, work 'till 1 in the morning, then wake up at five again. she was sometimes surprised on how she was able to make it through the day without collapsing, although she felt like doing it several times. rayne remembered one day when she actually fell asleep on set. she had to do a scene where her friend had to come wake her up in the morning to tell her something important, and while the girl was in make-up, rayne actually crawled into the bed she was suppose to be in and slept for an hour. that was, until the director came and woke her up. she was surprised that no one had drawn on her face or anything.
now, here she was; lying in bed completely awake. for the last hour, she had tried her hardest to just fall back to sleep, although nothing seemed to be working at the time. letting out a final sigh of defeat against falling back to sleep, rayne slowly sat up in her comfy bed, pulling the ivory bed sheet up with her in the process of getting out of her bed. her bare feet touched the hard wood floors, sending a shiver up her spine. she straighted out her plaid green pajama shorts, before brushing her wavy bangs out of her eyes. rayne pulled her arms up above her head, stretching as a yawn escaped her mouth. she lowered her arms, before bending her head to both signs, hearing a small crack as she cracked her neck. rayne walked over to her large walk in closet. she didn't know why she needed such a big closet, seeing as she it was practically empty. sure, she had a lot clothes, but not enough to fill a closet by herself. after looking through her clothes for a few seconds, rayne finally decide on an outfit; a pair of black skinny jeans, with a green tank top, along with an ivory colored jacket.
after changing into her outfit, rayne adele rodriguez made her way down the hardwood covered and into her marbled kitchen. she put her hand over her stomach once she heard it growl. she had been super hungry lately, having cravings for almost everything for the last week. there was a thought on what it could be, but rayne had refused to think about it until she knew if it was for sure. quickly shaking those thoughts out of her head, rayne walked over to the large pantry and opened the light brown doors, her hazel eyes scanning the area. nothing interesting or yummy popped out to her, which made a large frown form on her face. rayne pushed a few things out of the way, looking for the pancake mix that she was sure she had bought a few days ago...or did she even buy it? was it one of the things she ended up putting back? a frown formed on rayne's face as she realized that it was. damn it.
rayne let out a loud sigh as she closed the doors, before walking over to her purse that was on the counter. she zipped it closed, before grabbing her car keys and heading towards the door. seeing as nothing was appealing to her taste, and that she had no pancake mix, she had decided on going to the grocery store. might as well, seeing as she was awake at the moment, and she didn't know if she would be able to later on with her busy schedule. she slipped on a pair of black flats, before poking her head out the large front door, her hazel eyes gazing around the front, looking for any sign of a flash. when she saw that there was no paparazzi, rayne slung her purse over her shoulder and walked out of her house, shutting and locking the door behind her. rayne walked over to her black bmw that was sitting in the driveway, opening the front door and getting in, feeling and instant sign of comfort as her skin touched the black leather. rayne put her car keys into the ignition, backed out of her driveway, then drove towards laurel's grocery store, humming along to the current song that was playing on the radio.
within at least ten minutes, ray found herself pulling into the parking lot of the low key grocery store, one she found herself coming to pretty often - anything to get away from the paparazzi. she was surprised that they hadn't found about the grocery store, seeing as most celebrities tended to come there for their grocery needs, or that the owner, laurel, didn't tell the media. although, rayne knew he wouldn't, since he always seemed to like the good business that the celebrities brought.
rayne parked in her usually spot by the door, muttering a few things under her breath about the horrible parking job someone did in the handicapped parking spot beside her. she grabbed her purse, turned off the ignition, then got out of her car. rayne slung her purse over her arm as she entered the grocery store. rayne traveled up and down the aisles, grabbing anything that caught her eye that she thought that was yummy. rayne frowned as she found herself almost running into someone coming out of an aisle. hearing the apologize, rayne instantly shook her head, adjusting the few things she carried in her arms. "no, it's my fault. sorry."
