YOU'RE BRINGING OUT A SIDE OF ME THAT I DON'T KNOW OH, HOW COULD YOU BE SO DR. EVILSOMEWHERE FAR ALONG THIS ROAD, HE LOST HIS SOUL, TO A WOMAN SO HEARTLESS ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- rayne adele rodriguez slowly made her way out of her bathroom, a look of shock on confusion on her face. this couldn't be happening, especially to someone like rayne. sure, she had always thought about having them at some point in time, but not now. she had a crazy schedule and didn't need something like this to mess it up. besides, she was only twenty and there was time for this in the future. sure, she knew that this had happened to her best friend when she was twenty, and rayne was there to support her the whole time. could ray go to her best friend, lovelin, for advice and help? you'd think that you could always go to your best Friend if you needed help with anything, but with something like this, then you possibly couldn't. especially after what rayne had done.
it's a known fact that you don't go after your best friend's boyfriend, and rayne wasn't really planning on it. at first, they were all best friends and rayne thought nothing was going to change that. it was true, until rayne started to gain feelings for one of her best friends. she was going to tel him how she felt, she was just...well, super nervous about it. she didn't want anything to ruin their friendship. when she went to tell him, it was basically too late; her best friend, lovelin had already got to him. that was rayne decided she would back off. he was taken by her best friend now, and she didn't want to ruin that for them...she didn't want to ruin it for her. rayne had convinced herself that she had absolutely no feelings for him, even though she knew that it wasn't true.
it was all a mistake. even know, rayne knew that it was a horrible mistake. she had slept with her best friend's boyfriend numerous times. the first time, they were both drunk and had no clue what was going on. it continued for almost a year after that one night. rayne knew she was being a horrible friend, and if she could take it back then she would. it wasn't like rayne to go behind her best friend's back like that.
now, here rayne was, sitting on her large blue bed, dreading the fact that she might be pregnant with lovelin's boyfriend. it had to be him, seeing as rayne wasn't the celebrity to go out and have sex with every guy she saw. she slowly put her head into her hands, tears rolling down her face, upset over the fact that she had been an extreme horrible friend. she knew that lovelin would never do anything like that to her. so, why did rayne do it?
sniffling, rayne stood up and wiped her tears off of her face as she exited her bedroom, slamming the door shut behind her. she made her way down the long hallway towards the stairs, walking over the vacuum that had been left out by her maid. rayne's hazel eyes peered around for rosalie, the maid that she had had since she moved into the large house two years ago. "rosalie?"
ray called out, sadness in her voice as she gazed around. the familiar black haired woman poked her head out of the spare room, instantly putting on a worried face as she looked at rayne's red eyes. rayne quickly let out a sigh before rosalie could question her. "i'm going out for awhile. i-i just need some fresh air." without asking any questions, rosalie just gave rayne a small nod, before disappearing back into the room. a small sigh escaped rayne's lips as she turned around on her heel, continuing on down the hallway. she quickly walked down the stairs and grabbed her purse off the small table it lay on. she slung it over her shoulder as she walked towards the door, grabbing her car keys off the key holder by the door. rayne walked out of her house, giving a small sigh of relief as there was no bright flashes blinding her. she was happy that they weren't there today. ray knew that there would be several questions on why her eyes were red, and why it had looked like she was crying. she shook the thoughts out of her head as she made her way over to her car, not wanting to think about the questions that could come, or even the rumors. rayne got into her black car and started the ignition, before speeding out of her driveway towards the coffee bean. rayne found herself almost in tears as she drove down the highway. pregnant? there honestly had to be some sort of mistake. maybe the pregnancy test was broken? broken? highly doubt it. turning right, rayne pulled into the parking lot of the small coffee bean that was the closest to her house. she needed something comforting, and rayne always found coffee and a muffin, or even a cookie, comforting. rayne parked her car in the closest parking spot to the door, before quickly shutting of her ignition and grabbing her purse as she got out of her car. ray pushed her way through the glass door, hearing the familiar bells go off above her head as she open door hit them. she took her purse off of her shoulder as she walked up to the counter, taking her black wallet out of her large purse. "a large latte and a apple cinnamon muffin, please," rayne quickly ordered, before giving a small sniffle as she took out some money to pay the clerk. after a five minute wait, rayne finally got her ordered. she took her latte and muffin before stepping out of line, walking over to the table she always sat at; the one right by the window. rayne pulled out the chair and sat down, before letting out a sigh as she placed her coffee and muffin down. rayne rested her head down on the table top for a few seconds, before slowly raising it, running a hand through her wavy hair. she had really screwed up.[/blockquote][/blockquote] tag, kaitlyn (lovelin) words, 1023 words outfit, all dolled up notes, sorry it took so long

Opening her eyes, Lovelin stretched and felt her back crack a bit. Groaning lightly, she rubbed her eyes to wake herself up and then looked to the left when she heard a shriek. Yes, the noise belonged to her year-old son. He still can’t talk yet, except saying ‘Mama’ but he’d learn soon enough. Until then, the shrieking would be his way of getting someone’s attention. Lovelin smiled lightly and she scooted closer to him, kissing his cheek lightly. She doesn’t remember putting him in bed with her last night. Someone else had to have, because Seth couldn’t climb up on her bed; it’s too high. Even Lovelin has trouble getting on it; she has to use a step stool and she still has to give a little jump to get onto her bed. It doesn’t help that she’s shorter than the average woman, though.
Deciding that it was getting too late to still be in bed, Lovelin sat up, and slid off of the bed. She looked and Seth and held her arms out to him as he started crawling towards her. Picking him up, she felt the wetness from his diaper on his pajamas. Making her first stop the changing table near her bathroom door, she quickly got his diaper changed, and cleaned him off with a wipe before getting him dressed in a cute outfit and resting him on her hip. She always got Seth dressed first; it was their routine. Her second stop was in the bathroom. She sat Seth on the counter—it’s a big counter—and handed him a miniature baby-sized toothbrush before getting her own out.
Once she got her own teeth brushed, she let Seth keep his so he’d be occupied while she was getting dressed. Lovelin smiled at Seth’s babbling, and she quickly stripped from her current clothes into some clean ones that she put in there last night. She always had her outfit together and in the bathroom the night before. She liked to be prepared and ready. Now that she was dressed, she ran a brush through her hair. She didn’t usually leave her hair down, but she didn’t feel like messing with it today. She ran the brush through Seth’s hair as well and she took his toothbrush from him to put it up, only resulting in him giving her a whimper. “We’re gonna go get your teether, Baby; hold on a few minutes,” Lovelin said, rinsing the toothbrush out and putting it in the holder.
Just as Seth started crying, Lovelin picked him up from the counter and she kissed his head as he laid it down on her shoulder. She hated teething time. It had been an on and off thing since he was about six months old, and it’s not very pleasant. Thank goodness for the little gel toys. Lovelin puts Seth’s in the freezer, that way it numbs his gums so he can’t feel the pain. She didn’t like it when her baby boy was in pain, and teething isn’t an exception. Walking out of the bathroom and shutting the light off, Lovelin slid her feet into some loosely tied shoes before making her way out of her bedroom, shutting off the light and closing the door behind her.
As she made her way downstairs, she went into the kitchen. She threw a smile to the cook and the maid before getting into the freezer. Why her parents needed a maid and a cook is beyond her. Of course, her parents weren’t really home all that often, and she was hardly home either, because of work. When she has the time to do the house work—which isn’t all the often anymore—she tells Trent, the cook and Casey, the maid to go home. It’s the least she can do, since she’s usually the one they straighten up after. She’s in a hurry most days, so she leaves things sprawled around, but she does tell them to leave it for her until she gets home. She doesn’t argue with them anymore; they do it anyways.
Taking a small blue turtle-shaped toy out of the freezer, Lovelin handed it to Seth and his crying stopped as quickly as it started. She rested Seth on her hip and turned to look at Trent and Casey. “I should be back later this afternoon, but if I’m not, I've been kidnapped to go to the mall,”
she said. We’ve got everything under control; don’t worry about the house, Casey replied. Lovelin rolled her eyes before starting for the back door. “Don’t worry, I won’t worry about anything. You never leave anything for me to worry about; it makes me feel so left out,” she joked, grabbing her purse. Have fun! “We will, believe me,” she said, closing the door behind her. Walking to her Chevy Venture, Lovelin got her keys out and hit the ‘unlock’ button on the alarm pad, then pressed the button for the back door to slide open. She hates the van’s electric door. She gets shocked every time she touches the van, and it drives her crazy. She sat Seth into his car seat and she was thankful when she saw his diaper bag in the floor board. She unzipped it and checked to see if she had everything she needed for him—diapers, wipes, a bottle… A bottle? She thought. I didn’t put that in here. She picked the bottle up, and realized that it was cold, so she put it back in next to the wipes. Her mom probably put it in there this morning on her way to work. Lovelin took out a little bag of animal crackers before zipping the diaper bag back up. She opened the bag and handed one to Seth before putting one in her mouth. Getting a disapproving grunt from Seth, Lovelin furrowed her eyebrows and buckled him up. “Oh, stop it; I’m the one that bought them; technically, they’re mine,” she said, before closing the door. She made her way to the driver’s side of the van and got in, setting her purse in the passenger’s seat. Starting the van, the familiar sound of The Wiggles started playing and she saw Seth’s head bobbing subconsciously to the music. She laughed a little, and pulled out of the driveway, making her way towards her destination. Just about ten minutes later, she arrived at Coffee Bean and she shut the car off. She grabbed her purse and the animal crackers—Seth would throw a fit if she forgot them—before getting out of the van. She hit the button for the door to open, and she unbuckled Seth. Lovelin took him out of the car seat and then got his bottle from his diaper bag, before closing the door. In the process, she’d managed to get shocked for what seemed like the hundredth time. “Ow! Mother fu…” stopping herself before going any further, she looked at Seth, who just laughed in return. “You little booger; it wasn’t funny,” she said, giving his belly a tickle. She pressed the ‘lock’ button and then made her way towards the building. She put her keys in her purse and she shifted Seth more comfortably on her hip as she walked into the coffee shop. She caught sight of Rayne and gasped lightly, looking at Seth and pointing towards her. “Look at that; there’s Auntie Rayne,” she said. She laughed a little as Seth’s feet started kicking, and he started babbling again. It only took a few seconds to order her usual—a vanilla blend—and receive it. She was surprised, because usually it took a little longer for some reason. She made her way over to Rayne and sat across from her, switching Seth from her hip to her lap. “Hey, stranger,” she said.[/blockquote][/blockquote] tagged,, rayne words,, a miraculous 1,302 (that's a record for me, lol) notes,, my best post ever! outfits,, lovelin, seth minus the beaniemusic,, 'high school musical' by the hsm cast

YOU'RE BRINGING OUT A SIDE OF ME THAT I DON'T KNOW OH, HOW COULD YOU BE SO DR. EVILSOMEWHERE FAR ALONG THIS ROAD, HE LOST HIS SOUL, TO A WOMAN SO HEARTLESS ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- a small sigh escaped rayne's mouth as her hazel eyes wandered towards the window, slowly getting lost in her thoughts again. she knew that there was no way to ever make it up to love, and there was basically no way that she could ever forgive her for what she had done. c'mon, rayne wouldn't even forgive anyone if someone did something like that to her. they had both swore to secrecy that they wouldn't tell lovelin what they had done. but at the moment, ray just wanted to come out with it and tell lovelin everything, but she knew that she would probably loose her best friend if that happened.
hearing the familiar bells over the large, glass door, rayne slowly turned her attention to the front door, knowing that it was most likely another daily customer. but to her surprise, she saw her best friend and her son, seth. rayne instantly felt sick to her stomach, not wanting to face her best friend now, or ever for that matter. ray knew that she would eventually have to tell her best friend about her affair with her boyfriend, and that she was pregnant with his child.
rayne slowly lowered her head, hoping that her best friend wouldn't see her. she just couldn't face her at this time. although when she heard her name being said, rayne couldn't help but look up at her best friend and her son when they were in line. she would just have to act like nothing was wrong, which was something she wasn't sure she would be able to do. letting out a sigh, rayne leaned forward slightly, taking the wrapper off of her apple cinnamon muffin. she tore a small piece of the muffin off, before popping it into her mouth as her best friend, and son, waked towards her. ray quickly took a sip of her latte, before giving a small smile to lovelin. "hey, lovely,"
ray greeted, the smile on her face growing bigger. rayne brushed her bangs out of her face, looking down at seth. she smiled down at him. "hi seth!" bringing her warm coffee cup up to her lips, rayne took a small sip of the warm liquid that soon traveled down her throat. rayne set her drink down on the table, before looking at her best friend. she forced the best fake smile that she could. "how are you doing?" rayne smirked as she looked at seth, before looking back up at lovelin. "seth keeping you busy still?" rayne questioned, a small smirk forming on her face, before letting out a soft chuckle after words. after staying silent for a few moments, rayne found herself been dragged away by her thoughts once again. her hazel eyes gazed down at the marble topped table., a sigh escaping her lips. sitting here and staying silent was one of the hardest things for rayne, especially when she was keeping something like this from her best friend. she had to tell her. "love, i think i'm trouble," rayne spoke softly, slowly raising her head to look at lovelin and seth. she didn't know how she was exactly going to tell lovelin about everything, but she just had to. although, she wouldn't tell her exactly what happened between her and lovelin's boyfriend. rayne closed her eyes for a few seconds, trying to think everything through and how she was exactly going to tell her. rayne quickly ran a hand through her hair. "lovelin...," rayne paused, letting out a deep breath, before continuing, "i'm pregnant.." rayne told her best friend, tears welling up in her hazel eyes. "i'm pregnant and i have no clue what i'm going to do.."[/blockquote][/blockquote] tag, kaitlyn (lovelin) words, too lazy to check outfit, all dolled up notes, it's short, sorry. i ran out of muse. my next one will be longer. Lovelin let out a small giggle as Seth babbled in response of Rayne saying hi to him. She loved hearing him talk. She could hold up a conversation with him for hours and she’d never get tired of his squeals, squeaks, shrieks, gurgles, and babbles. That’s what she looked forward to every time she goes to sleep, is Seth and his little rants. Maybe it’s just her mommy side kicking in, but that’s one of the things she absolutely adores. She’d never be able to imagine her life without Seth now that she has him. Sure, she’s young, but she’d never change anything about her life.
She nodded, when Rayne asked if Seth was still keeping her busy and she let out a small laugh. “Busy as ever; last night he made such a water mess in the bathroom it took two mops to get it all cleaned up,” she said. Bath time for Seth was like going to a water park to the nine and ten-year-olds. He loves getting his baths and making a mess with it but he hates getting out. It’s like he’s attached to them like his blankie. That’s what I forgot; good going, smarty, she thought.
Although it wouldn’t kill Seth that he doesn’t have his blankie, he’d notice it sooner or later. Lovelin hardly ever forgot his blankie. Seth can’t sleep without it at night, but come to think of it, Lovelin doesn’t remember seeing it this morning when she woke up. That explains how he got in her bed; her mother must have noticed that he was awake and she put him in bed with her before leaving for work. Her mother was always thinking smart like that. It’s like she was born a genius or something. Lovelin wouldn’t have thought about doing that.
Hearing Rayne say she thought she was in trouble, Lovelin looked at her for a few seconds. She didn’t know what kind of trouble she was talking about, but she seemed pretty worried about it, so Lovelin knew it had to have been something big. She’d never seen Rayne looking this worried before, and it worried herself as well. “What’s wrong? What happened?” she asked. She was probably being nosey, but she cares about her friends, especially Rayne. She thinks of Rayne as a sister and she likes to be protective, even if it’s not her place. Part of it is her motherly instinct, but she really cares about Rayne; she’d do anything for her.
Lovelin looked at Rayne, giving her a bit of a shocked expression when she said she was pregnant. She didn’t even know she was with anyone, let alone sleeping with them. Lovelin stayed quiet for a few seconds, not knowing what to say, but she was curious. “How?” she asked. Well, of course she knows how, but the real question was who was it with? That’s not really any of her business though, so she skipped out on that question.
Seth started whining, and Lovelin took an animal cracker out of the bag, handing it to him. If he could put something in his mouth, he’d be happy and content. The whining stopped and she kissed his head lightly, looking at Rayne as she started talking again. “No first mother knows what to do at first, Sweetie. You know I’m here for you with whatever you need help with,” she said. Of course she was there for her; she’d never just neglect her best friend just because she’s pregnant. That’s heartless, and Lovelin had a heart. A really warm heart, at that. No way would she let her friend suffer—if that’s the right word.
When Lovelin found out she was pregnant with Seth, she had no idea what to do. She was scared to death and she didn’t want to go through with it at first. Now, she couldn’t imagine life without him. When she found out she was pregnant again just a few weeks ago, she was thrilled. That was, until her doctor let her know the conception date. When she did the math, there was no way it’s her boyfriend’s baby. She hated knowing that both of her kids are just a consequence of being raped, but there really isn’t anything she can do about that now.
She knew that they aren’t ready for a baby together just yet, but it’s not like they used protection every time they were intimate. In fact, she doesn’t even remember being protected at all. But, still; she was disappointed that the baby’s not his. She knows not everything will go her way, but she was still a bit upset. She’d like to have one thing in her life completely under her own control.
